Is Telligen Energy EPRA licensed?

Yes. Telligen Energy holds an EPRA (Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority) Class A1 Electrical Contractor licence — the highest class for electrical installations in Kenya. All our installation engineers are registered and work to EPRA and Kenya Electrical Code of Practice standards.

How long does solar installation take?

Most residential installations are completed within 1–3 days once equipment is on site. Larger commercial or industrial systems typically take 3–7 days. After accepting a quotation, we typically mobilise within 2–5 business days. You will receive a project timeline in your quotation.

Question 4

Do you provide after-sales service and maintenance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer Solar O&M (Operations & Maintenance) contracts covering preventive servicing, performance diagnostics, cleaning, and fault response. Clients with Victron-based systems also benefit from remote monitoring via the VRM portal, which we help set up at commissioning.

Can you handle both supply and installation, or just one?

Accepted Answer

We do both — full turnkey (supply + install + commission) is our primary offering. We can also supply equipment only for clients who have their own installers, or provide installation-only services if you already have the equipment.

Do you work outside Nairobi?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver projects nationally. We have completed works in Nakuru, Thika, Kiambu, and other counties, and can mobilise teams to any location in Kenya. Transport and logistics costs are included in your quotation.
